Franc auf dem Brinke - founder and MD of Drummers Initiative Amsterdam - is drummer/percussionist, teacher and communication expert.
He has a masters degree in popular music and was a student at the Royal Conservatory The Hague, the Rotterdam Conservatory (Codarts), Drummers Collective New York and the Manhattan School of Music.
Drums- Franc performs and performed with a variety of both national and international artists amongst whom we find Deborah Carter, Toon Roos, Chris Hinze, Rick Margitza, Benjamin Herman, Edwin Rutten, Joris Roelofs, Karel Boehlee, Maarten Ornstein
Percussion- Sambacà - a samba percussion group from Amsterdam - and various percussion courses for the University of Amsterdam
Teamwork- For over a decade Franc is one of the most sought after percussion-trainers. He works for all types of organizations, from governemental institutions to multinationals and from banking firms to highbrow smaller players. His mission: creating innovative and effective learning situations with original, metaphorical exercises for people in teams and organizations.
